Representativity: women debate sports scenario at Ufam’s Journalism Week

MANAUS – The presentation of the second day of the programming of the Journalism Week of the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam), this Thursday, 14, is led by students Flávia Geovane, from the University Center of the North (Uninorte), and Guilherme Oliveira, from the Metropolitan College of Manaus (Fametro), and brings a workshop on “Sports Journalism”.

The chat counts with the participation of university student Gioavanna Airon as online mediator. The guests this time are the journalists Giovanna Pinheiro, from the sports portal Olimpíada Todo Dia, and the professional from A Crítica newspaper, Camila Leonel. Among the subjects discussed, the participants talk about representation in sports journalism, local (barezão) and national soccer, the challenges of sports coverage, and the impacts of the pandemic on the segment.
