Bankruptcy fees are the payment made by the losing party to the winning party’s lawyers. In this case, both Unimed and Sinpol must pay the fees. For the corporation, the amount of R$ 900,000 was awarded, which with the non-payment so far reaches R$ 1,388,015.28 blocked in the account.

Denunciation

As denounced the police investigator Daniel Lima, the union members were not warned about the debt and there was no public call for deliberative assembly. “It is a very worrying situation, it is an exorbitant amount”, reported Daniel, who claims that Sinpol did not grant access to the process. “This process is already in the execution phase, so this R$ 1.3 million needs to be paid”.
