Threats

In November, Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP) triggered the Legislative Police of the Federal Senate against the businessman from Amapá who threatened to physically assault him. Owner of a network of gas stations that bears his name, the bolsonarist Júlio Farias used bad language and made homophobic offences against Randolfe in a video posted on social networks.

“Oh, gazelle, I’ll tell you something: the day I meet with you and you tell me ‘you lost, mané’, you’re going to get your ass kicked. Disgusting slut”, Farias said.

The businessman referred to an argument between the senator and a supporter of President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) at Cairo airport in Egypt last week. “Let me tell you something: you lost, mané” Randolfe said at the time, in response to provocations made by the woman.
